Conceptual Fashion Photography

Over the years fashion photography grew to a different level altogether – There’s a new trend now called ‘Conceptual Fashion Photography’. Conceptual fashion photography has taken photography as an art form to a whole new dimension especially in India. Conceptual photography is an art that is initially decided and researched by the photographer, the entire concept, workflow edits is taken into consideration and then staged to recreate that vision. Images are often designed to depict certain aspects of society or life. Photographs might also be digitally manipulated to achieve the final effect desired by the photographer. Conceptual photography might also be referred to as avant-garde photography.

Review- Canon EOS 7D Mark II

Ever since its launch mid 2009, the Canon EOS 7D has been the work horse in the Pro-APS-C camera segment. Even so that it has been used by professionals not only to create stunning imagery but also amazing quality videos; so much so that some major Hollywood feature films like Black Swan, 127 hours, The Avengers to name a few have used the 7D to shoot some sequences in the movie. It’s been five years since the 7D has reigned over the pro APS-C segment and at a time where most manufacturers are pushing for Full Frame sensor cameras, Canon’s move to launch another camera in the same segment is a bold one. With features like an all cross-type, 65-point AF module with a 150,000-pixel RGB + IR metering sensor to offer the latest version of the 'Intelligent Tracking and Recognition' (iTR) focus system from the EOS-1D X, a continuous shooting rate of 10 fps for still photographers. And 1080p/60 shooting capability in both MOV and MP4 formats with a third compression option (IPB-Lite, IPB and All-I) for video definitely will make heads turn. Read on how Canon’s pro APS-C camera fared in our review.
